Synopsis
The U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security issued an interim final rule automatically imposing restrictions on entities 50% or more owned directly or indirectly by one or more entities on the Entity List, Military End-User List, and certain entities on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List. In an upcoming panel discussion, experts from K&L Gates will provide AUECO members with insights into how organizations are managing the implications of this new rule. The discussion will cover a range of topics, from initial responses to recommended strategies, shedding light on how organizations can adjust their compliance approaches and procedures accordingly.
