Bio: Mary Duarte Millsaps is the Director of Research Compliance at NC State University and in that role oversees the compliance programs related to Animal Subject Research, Human Subject Research, Research Integrity, Conflicts of Interest, Export Compliance and Research Security.
Vincent Scott

Bio: Vince is a retired Navy Cryptologist/Information Warfare Officer and serial entrepreneur who has started two companies, two not for profits, and is passionate about cyber defense. On active duty he deployed 8 times including the first Gulf War, Bosnia, Afghanistan, and Iraq. He currently serves as the CEO of Defense Cybersecurity Group, a cyber consulting company focused on the cyber requirements for the Defense Industrial Base where he brings the cyber offensive mindset of his Navy career to cyber defense for US companies. He also serves as the FBI Infragard Subject Matter Expert on Cyberwarfare, and the Deputy Chief of the FBI Infragard Defense Industrial Base sector. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a BS in computer science and has a number of other degrees and certifications including Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Assessor and Instructor. He is a prior editor of the Journal of Law and Cyber Warfare. Currently in his free time he serves as a US Naval Academy Liaison Officer, assisting local high school students with their Service Academy Applications and conducting interviews on behalf of USNA, and is a member of the Pass Christian Rotary Club.
