    • 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM

    Synopsis

The U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security issued an interim final rule automatically imposing restrictions on entities 50% or more owned directly or indirectly by one or more entities on the Entity List, Military End-User List, and certain entities on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List.   In an upcoming panel discussion, experts from K&L Gates will provide AUECO members with insights into how organizations are managing the implications of this new rule. The discussion will cover a range of topics, from initial responses to recommended strategies, shedding light on how organizations can adjust their compliance approaches and procedures accordingly.  Join us for valuable insights on navigating these regulatory changes effectively.
