In his current role, Mr. Seltzer is oversees units OEE Headquarters Units responsible for carrying out undercover and confidential source operations, physical and technical surveillance, as well as strategic partnership with the U.S. Intelligence Community. Mr. Seltzer is also responsible for international law enforcement operations as well as the OEE Sentinel Program, which conducts end-use checks around the world to verify the bona fides of end-users receiving U.S.-origin commodities. Prior to his role as the Assistant Director for National Security, Mr. Seltzer has served as the Acting Assistant Director for Investigative Programs, Unit Chief for the Investigative Support Unit, and a case agent in the OEE Washington Field Office. Mr. Seltzer began his law enforcement career with the Department of Homeland Security where he served as a uniformed law enforcement officer and investigator. |
