William is currently Assistant General Counsel and Institutional Compliance Manager in the Corporate Compliance and Internal Audit Office at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center ("MSK"). In this capacity, William manages the strategic development, modification, and management of MSK's Export Compliance and Research Security Programs. With over 6 years of combine experience in research compliance and IP commercialization, William continues to enjoy reducing the regulatory and legal burden on large R1 research programs to support researchers, physicians, and scholars in achieving their goals. William has consistently contributed expertise and guidance to Institutional Biosafety Committees (IBC), IACUCs, and other research security related committees. William is a licensed attorney in both New York and North Carolina, as well as a certified EAR/ITAR Export Compliance Professional (ECoP®) by the Export Compliance Training Institute (ECTI).
